- Lost Orders: We are not responsible for lost orders. If your order is lost, please contact USPS for assistance.

- Damaged or Defective Orders: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. In order to process your request, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
